TOM STORVIK is a Norwegian Writer, Director & Producer. In addition to his work within the entertainment industry, he is also holds an official FIFA licence allowing him to operate as an agent or intermediary for professional soccer players.

In 2023, WannabeZ, a TV series created by Tom and his long time writing partner, Erik Nogva, was given a six episode series order by a major international streaming network. The series order was based on a revamped pitch of the pilot episode produced in 2017.

WannabeZ will begin production in the greater Los Angeles, California area in the spring of 2024. Production was originally slated to begin in August 2023, but Tom, as well as his fellow co-showrunner on the project, Erik Nogva, decided to postpone production in support of the critically important 2023 WGA and SAG-AFTRA union strikes - even though neither of them were official WGA members at the time, nor was their production company a WGA signatory.

Tom is also developing other projects. Amongst these include a feature film, 30 Years of Hurt, based on the life of English soccer legend, Paul Gascoigne. Originally slated for production in early 2020 - the Covid-19 Pandemic ensured that the project is indefinetely postponed due to the sheer scale of the project with its story spanning several decades, countries and international soccer tournaments such as three different FIFA World Cups.

A mockumentary project, Best Sheep, is slated for start of production in either late 2024 or early 2025.

Tom is also working on a not-for-profit short film project with his long-time collaborator, Chris Ward, focusing on the mental health crisis amongst the younger generation of men growing up in the middle class. The project is set in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and aims to be ready to premiere October 10th 2024, World Mental Health Day. The project has the working title In Case I Don't See Ya.
